crans-montana stay exceeded expectations at amazing chalet. fully furnished, clean, comfortable with en suite bedrooms, cozy living room, great kitchen. walking distance to ski facilities, ski in on way down. luxurious time spent!

Light in main bedroom bathroom could be improved.

We had an exceptional stay at this fabulous chalet, which offered full amenities and a luxurious experience. The location was perfect - within walking distance to ski facilities and with ski-in access. The chalet itself was fully furnished and clean, with 5 en suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, a great kitchen. We loved the Jacuzzi, sunny garden, and terraces, which provided stunning views. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bedroom had an outstanding bathtub with a built-in Jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and informative, catering to all our needs. The simple breakfast provided was perfect, and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying up until 2 am to welcome us. The hot tub and sauna room were also great features. the chalet provided the perfect base for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

One minor issue was the semi-detached nature of the lodges, which allowed noise to carry and magnify.

The chalet is beautiful and well-managed, providing a cozy fireplace and a private dinner. The property matches the pictures and is spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities. The host offers excellent communication and the ability to ski from the chalet. a fantastic experience worth the money.

The accommodations at these luxury lodges were immaculate and comfortable. The views from the lodges were incredible, providing a stunning backdrop. The staff were friendly and informative, catering to all needs and providing helpful recommendations for places to visit. The lodges were well-equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen and an abundance of food and extras provided. The location was great, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and activities in the surrounding area.

Some minor inconveniences were experienced with the lighting in the bathroom, such as insufficient light in the shower and minimal vanity and makeup lighting. Additionally, finding the relevant lighting switches proved to be a challenge.

The Torrent chalet exceeded all expectations. Fully furnished, clean and extremely comfortable with all the amenities needed for a luxurious stay. Walking distance to ski facilities, ski-in access, and a sunny garden for enjoying the outdoors.

Felt like a fairytale, no complaints.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two key facts about the hotel. First, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of skiing. Second, the bathtub in the master bedroom was outstanding, with a built-in Jacuzzi that provided ultimate relaxation. The location of the hotel was ideal, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to the ski slopes. Additionally, we appreciated the generous size of the rooms, providing plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax.

There were a couple of aspects that we did not particularly like. the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom was inadequate.

stunning property, well maintained. exceeded expectations. manager stayed up late to welcome us. extended our trip. hot tub and sauna were great. stunning views from balconies. world's best mini bar. flawless communication with the host. already booked for next year. thanks for everything!
